When I'm in (Arthritis) Pain, Should I Exercise or Rest?

Good advice here for arthritis sufferers. We'll add that if it has been a while since you have been aligned by a chiropractor, do that before resuming exercise. Expecting our frame and nervous system to operate smoothly and efficiently when not aligned and re-tuned is a lot like expecting our automobiles to operate optimally when they need maintenance. Actually, you may be avoiding excess wear and tear with periodic chiropractic "maintenance" AND you'll even feel more motivated to get the exercise you know you need, but avoid because of the fear of discomfort.
