Doctor Shortage Looming? Maybe Not

"There is one element of the debate that just about every expert agrees on — that the U.S. has to stop paying physicians based on the number and type of treatments and procedures they do, and instead base payment on how well they keep patients healthy."

Makes sense, right? Let's also keep in mind that "healthy" does NOT mean without symptoms, which is what the pharmaceutical industry wants us to believe. Additionally, I'll add that nature-based practitioners such as chiropractors and naturopaths would be a good source to consider when looking for health experts who really do keep people healthy and spend much time teaching patients how to avoid sickness.
